Visits will consist of standards work, assessments, benchmarks, PBL/STEM and classroom visits.
The school specialist and/or leadership teams will run the meetings.
Principals are required to be present at the meetings.
Central office directors will be participating in these visits.

Visits will consist of walk throughs or PLC time. Subs may or may not be needed for the leadership team. Information will be provided by the leadership teams during the sessions when subs are needed. All specialists and all Principals are required to attend. Assistant principals should participate when possible.
Steve will visit us quarterly on the dates listed in bold. On the first date we will meet with Steve after the session is over during the school’s PLC time until 4 pm.
Steve will have a beginning date to meet with just us on August 24th at FIT and the ending date for the leadership teams will be-as always- the next day after the last day of school for teachers.
